Good pictures and advertising. Accommodated the renters that we had in the unit. Alex was again our agent for a second property later in the year. Our experience on the second transaction was just as good, if not better, especially in view of a declining and tightening market. We were absent for a large portion of the listing period, and Alex was very helpful with some of the details that we would have had to travel some distance to handle.
